TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

We provide reverse engineering, 3D design, prototyping, and manufacturing services for industrial parts in various materials. Each project is custom-made and performed according to specifications provided by the client or measurements obtained on-site.

2. QUOTATIONS AND PAYMENTS

All quotations are estimates and may be subject to revision if project requirements change.

Once a quotation is approved, an estimated delivery timeline will be agreed upon.

Payments must be made under the agreed terms. Delayed payments may affect delivery schedules.

A partial or full deposit may be required prior to the start of manufacturing.

3. REVIEW AND APPROVAL

The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all designs prior to final manufacturing. Such approval must be provided in writing and signed, either physically or digitally, in writing and with a signature, either physically or digitally.

Manufacturing will not proceed until the client has confirmed in writing that all dimensions, shapes, and design details are accurate.

If a prototype is not approved, the client may request modifications, which may result in additional charges depending on the scope of the changes.

4. LIABILITY

Llorens Style Inc. shall not be held liable for failures resulting from improper use, incorrect installation, operating conditions different from those disclosed, or inaccurate specifications provided by the client.

All parts are delivered with the highest achievable precision and may present minor variations within standard ISO tolerances applicable to the manufacturing process used.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs created by Llorens Style Inc. may be used as reference material for future projects unless a written confidentiality agreement has been executed by both parties.

If the client provides a part, design, or sample, the client represents and warrants that they hold all necessary rights for its reproduction or modification.

6. CANCELLATION, RETURNS, AND REFUND POLICY

6.1 Project Cancellations

Custom-made products and services manufactured according to client specifications are non-refundable once production has commenced.

Project cancellations requested prior to the start of manufacturing may be subject to administrative fees and reimbursement of any costs already incurred, including but not limited to engineering, design, materials, procurement, and production preparation.

6.2 Returns Due to Manufacturing Defects.

In the event that a product, part, or component exhibits verified functional defects solely attributable to manufacturing or fabrication errors by Llorens Style Inc., the client must notify Llorens Style Inc. in writing within a reasonable time after receipt of the product.

Upon inspection and confirmation of the defect, Llorens Style Inc. will issue a refund for 100% of the product value, excluding shipping, transportation, installation, removal, and any associated or incidental costs.

At its sole discretion, Llorens Style Inc. may alternatively repair or replace the defective product at no additional charge.

6.3 Returns for Other Reasons

If a client requests a return for reasons other than manufacturing defects, including but not limited to change of mind, incompatibility with other equipment, incorrect selection, post-delivery process changes, or any cause not attributable to Llorens Style Inc., such returns are not guaranteed.

If accepted, Llorens Style Inc. reserves the right to apply additional charges, which may include engineering costs, manufacturing costs, material costs, reprocessing or refurbishment costs, administrative fees, product depreciation, and shipping or transportation expenses. Any applicable refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis and communicated to the client in writing.

7. MODIFICATIONS

Llorens Style Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this website and shall become effective upon publication.
