1. SCOPE OF SERVICE

We provide reverse engineering, 3D design, prototyping, and manufacturing services for industrial parts in different materials. Each project is customized and carried out according to the specifications provided by the client or measurements taken on site.

2. QUOTES AND PAYMENTS

All quotes are estimates and may be subject to revision if the project requirements change.

Once the quote is approved, an estimated delivery time will be agreed upon.

Payments must be made under the agreed terms. Any delay in payment may affect the delivery of the product.

3. REVIEW AND APPROVAL

The client must review and approve the designs before final production. This approval must be provided in writing and with a signature,either physically or digitally.

Production will not begin until the client has provided written confirmation that the measurements, shapes, and design details are correct.

If the client does not approve a prototype, they may request adjustments, which may result in additional costs depending on the scope of the modifications.

4. LIABILITY

We are not responsible for failures resulting from improper use of the part or from inaccurate specifications provided by the client.

Parts are delivered with the highest possible precision; however, slight variations may occur within standard industry tolerances.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs created by Llorens Style Inc. may be used as reference material for future projects, unless an express confidentiality agreement has been established.

If the client provides their own design, they assume full responsibility for having the necessary rights for its reproduction.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

Custom projects are non-refundable once production has begun.

Cancellation of a project before production begins may be subject to administrative fees.

7. MODIFICATIONS

Llorens Style Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be published in this same section of the website.
